SALES TAX LAWS AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 47, 1985 - SECT 39
Application of provisions of Sales Tax Assessment Act (no. 1) 1930
39. Section 12 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-section
(1) "section 3" and substituting "sections 3 and 3A".
