SALES TAX LAWS AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 47, 1985 - SECT 29

29. Section 6 of the Principal Act is amended-
(a) by omitting "the person specified in that section" and substituting "a
person liable to pay sales tax under that section"; and

   (b)  by omitting "1935-1973" and substituting "1935".
