SALES TAX (EXEMPTIONS AND CLASSIFICATIONS) AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 98, 1986 - SECT 6
Application of amendments
6. The amendments of the Principal Act made by sub-section 5 (1) and the
repeal of the Sixth Schedule to the Principal Act by sub-section 5 (2) apply
in relation to transactions, acts and operations effected or done in relation
to goods on or after the commencement of this section.
