SOCIAL SECURITY (JOB SEARCH AND NEWSTART) AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 68, 1991 - SECT 29
Transitional - delegation
29. Subsection 1299 (3) does not apply to a delegation in relation to a person
who was receiving unemployment benefit under the Principal Act on 30 June 1991
until the person enters into a Newstart Activity Agreement.
