SOCIAL SECURITY (REVIEW OF DECISIONS) ACT 1988 No. 85, 1988 - SECT 3

3. Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in subsection (1)
the following definition:

" 'authorised review officer' means an officer authorised under section 16 to
perform duties as an authorised review officer for the purposes of this Act;".
