SOCIAL SECURITY (NON-BUDGET MEASURES) LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1995 No. 105, 1995 - SECT 36

General power to obtain information 
36. Section 1304 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end of
subsection (1):

"; or (e) whether a person who has made a claim for a seniors health card is
qualified for the card; or

   (f)  whether a person who has been granted a seniors health card is or was
        qualified for the card".
