SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 4) 1991 No. 194, 1991 - SECT 4

Earnings credit account balance 
4. Section 1115 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by inserting after point 1115-A2 the following Note: "Note: the
        individual earnings credit account limit is indexed annually in line
        with CPI increases (see sections 1191 to 1194).";

   (b)  by inserting after point 1115-A4 the following Note: "Note: the joint
        earnings credit account limit is indexed annually in line with CPI
        increases (see sections 1191 to 1194).".
