SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3) 1992 No. 230, 1992 - SECT 79

Relief from activity test - certain allowees over 50 engaged in voluntary work

79. Section 525 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (1)(a) "55" and substituting "50";

   (b)  by omitting paragraph (2)(a) and substituting the following paragraph:

"(a) there are already 65 days in the same calendar year on which the person
is taken to satisfy the activity test because of:

        (i)    subsection (1) of this section; or

        (ii)   subsection 524A(1); or".
