SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3) 1992 No. 230, 1992 - SECT 59

59. Section 1191 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from subsection (1) "An" and substituting "Subject to
        subsection (1A), an";

   (b)  by inserting after subsection (1) the following subsection:

"(1A) The pension MBR amount (item 1 of table) and the benefit MBR (ordinary)
amount (item 2 of table) are not to be indexed on 20 March 1993.".
