SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3) 1992 No. 230, 1992 - SECT 149
Qualification for newstart allowance
149. Section 593 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end of
subsection (1) the following Note: "Note 15: if a person is participating in a
Jobskills placement see section 595A.".
