SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3) 1992 No. 230, 1992 - SECT 14
Earnings credit account balance may be set-off against ordinary income from remunerative work
14. Section 1113 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph
(a) "(other than a carer pension)".
