SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3) 1992 No. 230, 1992 - SECT 138
Certain assets to be disregarded in calculating the value of a person's assets
138. Section 1118 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in paragraph
(1)(d) "that is not an allocated pension" after "person".
