SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3) 1991 No. 175, 1991 - SECT 6
Bereavement payments on death of dependent child
6. Section 887 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end the
following Note:
"Note 4: if a person fails to satisfy paragraph (d), the person may still be
qualified for payments under Subdivision AA for 4 weeks after the death of the
child: see section 890AB.".
