SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3) 1991 No. 175, 1991 - SECT 5

Continuation of qualification for family allowance for bereavement rate continuation period where recipient's only FA child dies

5. Section 886 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end the
following Note:

"Note: if a person fails to satisfy paragraph (d), the person may still be
qualified for family allowance for 4 weeks after the death of the child under
section 890AA.".
