SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3) 1991 No. 175, 1991 - SECT 3
Application of amendments
3.(1) The amendments made by Division 9 apply in relation to children born on
or after 1 January 1992.
(2) The amendments made by sections 51 to 55 and 57 apply to instalments of
family allowance supplement that fall due on or after 1 January 1992.
(3) The amendments made by section 56 apply to compensation received on or
after 1 January 1992.
