SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3) 1991 No. 175, 1991 - SECT 29

29. Section 23 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in subsection (1)
the following definition:

"'Commonwealth funded employment program' means a Commonwealth program of
funding to a community or group where the funding is based, either wholly or
partly, on the number of people in that community or group who are, or are
likely to be, qualified for job search or newstart allowance;".
