SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1993 No. 61, 1993 - SECT 9

Insertion of new section 6A

9. After section 6 of the Principal Act the following section is inserted:
Seniors health card definitions

"6A.(1) In this Act, unless the contrary intention appears:
'holder of a seniors health card' has the meaning given by subsection (2).

"(2) A person is the 'holder of a seniors health card' while there is in force
a determination under section 1061ZI or 1061ZT that the person is entitled to
a seniors health card.".
