SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1993 No. 61, 1993 - SECT 28
Qualification for advance pharmaceutical allowance
28. Section 1061F of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end of
subsection (1) the following Note: "Note: This Part is subject to a sunset
provision: see subsection 2(6) and section 49 of the Social Security
Legislation Amendment Act (No. 4) 1991. The Part is due to be repealed on 1
January 1995.".
