SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1992 No. 229, 1992 - SECT 50
CDA child status-family allowance requirement
50. Section 953 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after
subparagraph (b)(ii) the following subparagraph:
"(iia) paragraph 838(1)(d) (assets test); or".
