SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1992 No. 229, 1992 - SECT 4

4. Section 23 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subsection (6)
"that immediately follows the day on which the person ceases to receive the
old pension or benefit" and substituting:

"that immediately follows:

   (d)  if the person was receiving an old pension - the person's last pension
        payday; or

   (e)  if the person was receiving an old benefit - the day on which the
        person ceases to receive the old benefit.".
