SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1992 No. 229, 1992 - SECT 28

Secretary may require person to take action to obtain compensation 
28. Section 1164 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by inserting after subparagraph (1)(a)(iii) the following
        subparagraph:

"(iiia) carer pension; or";

   (b)  by inserting after subparagraph (2)(a)(iii) the following
        subparagraph:

"(iiia) carer pension; or".
