SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1992 No. 229, 1992 - SECT 13

13. Section 23 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in subsection (1)
the following definition:

"'compensation arrears debt' means an amount that a person is liable to pay to
the Commonwealth because of an adverse determination under section 146E, 185,
234, 300, 589, 660L, 728R or 821;".
