SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1992 No. 229, 1992 - SECT 119

119. Before section 573 of the Principal Act the following section is inserted
in Division 7 of Part 2.11: Secretary may require recipient to give statement
of recipient's tax file number

"572A. The Secretary may require a recipient of job search allowance to give
the Secretary a written statement of the recipient's tax file number.".
