SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1991 No. 115, 1991 - SECT 4

4. Section 129 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after subparagraph
(3) (a) (iv) the following subparagraph:
  "(iva)   a person who:


                (A)  is the holder of an extended eligibility (spouse) entry
                     permit under the Migration Act 1958; and

                (B)  applied for the permit on or after 15 April 1991; or".
