SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 63, 1994 - SECT 29
Need for a claim
29. Section 259 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (4)(c)
and substituting the following paragraph:
"(c) immediately before the end of the bereavement period the person is
qualified for payments under Subdivision B of Division 9 of Part 2.5; and".
