SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 33, 1986 - SECT 5
Secrecy
5. Section 17 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-section (6) and
substituting the following sub-section:
"(6) In this section, 'court' includes any tribunal, authority or person
having power to require the production of documents or the answering of
questions.".
