SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1983 No. 69, 1983 - SECT 6

6. Sections 8, 9, 10, 12 and 13 of the Principal Act are repealed and the
following section is substituted: Delegation

''8. (1) The Director-General may, either generally or as otherwise provided
by the instrument of delegation, by writing signed by him, delegate to an
officer all or any of his powers under this Act, other than this power of
delegation.

''(2) A delegation under this section does not prevent the exercise of a power
by the Director-General.''.
