SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1982 No. 98, 1982 - SECT 99

99. Section 135R of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by inserting ''(not being an amount by way of rehabilitation allowance
under this Part)'' after ''training'' (last occurring) in the definition of
''cost'' in sub-section (1);

   (b)  by omitting ''and'' from paragraph (a) of the definition of ''cost''
        in sub-section (1); and

(c) by adding at the end of the definition of ''cost'' in sub-section (1) the
following word and paragraph:

''; and (c) any amount payable to that person under sub-section 48 (3) or 49C
(3) of the Defence (Re-establishment) Act 1965.''.
