SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1982 No. 98, 1982 - SECT 5

5. Section 9 of the Principal Act is amended-

(a) by omitting from paragraph (1) (a) ''four-fifths'' and substituting
''80%''; and

(b) by omitting from paragraph (1) (b) ''four'' and substituting ''4''.
