SOCIAL SERVICES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1982 No. 37, 1982 - SECT 50
Formal amendments
50. The provisions of the new Division 3A of Part VII, being the Division that
is proposed to be inserted in the Social Services Act 1947 by sub-section 39
(1) of the Principal Act, that are referred to in column 1 of Schedule 2 are
amended as set out in column 2 of that Schedule.
