SOCIAL SECURITY (HOME CHILD CARE AND PARTNER ALLOWANCES) LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 55, 1994 - SECT 2
Commencement
2. (1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), this Act commences on the day on
which it receives the Royal Assent.
(2) Part 2 commences on 29 September 1994.
(3) Part 3 commences on 20 September 1994.
