SOCIAL SECURITY AND REPATRIATION (BUDGET MEASURES AND ASSETS TEST) ACT 1984 No. 93, 1984 - SECT 59

59. Section 98A of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (1) (a) "and";

   (b)  by adding at the end of sub-section (1) the following paragraphs:



"(c) paragraph 28 (2) (b), 32 (2) (b) or 34 (2) (b) of the Social Security Act
1947 is not applicable in determining the rate of service pension payable to
the person; and

   (d)  sub-section 28 (1EC) of that Act does not apply in relation to the
        person."; and
(c) by inserting in sub-section (6) "or 121" after "section 96".
