SOCIAL SECURITY AND REPATRIATION (BUDGET MEASURES AND ASSETS TEST) ACT 1984 No. 93, 1984 - SECT 57

Service pensioner in a public institution

57. Section 95 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "in relation to
whose income sub-section 87 (2) applies" from the definition of "wife's
portion" in sub-section (1) and substituting "who is a married person".
