SOCIAL SECURITY AND REPATRIATION (BUDGET MEASURES AND ASSETS TEST) ACT 1984 No. 93, 1984 - SECT 39

39. Section 30A of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (1) (a) "and";

   (b)  by adding at the end of sub-section (1) the following paragraphs:



"(c) paragraph 28 (2) (b), 32 (2) (b) or 34 (2) (b) is not applicable in
determining the annual rate of the pension payable to the person; and

   (d)  sub-section 28 (1EC) does not apply in relation to the person."; and

   (c)  by omitting sub-section (7).
