SOCIAL SECURITY AND REPATRIATION (BUDGET MEASURES AND ASSETS TEST) ACT 1984 No. 93, 1984 - SECT 36
Interpretation
36. Section 18 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting the definitions
of "de facto spouse", "husband", "income", "married person", "spouse",
"unmarried person" and "wife".
