SOCIAL SECURITY AND REPATRIATION (BUDGET MEASURES AND ASSETS TEST) ACT 1984 No. 93, 1984 - SECT 28

Rates of pension on death or total incapacity

28. Section 18 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-section (4A) "$140.30" and substituting
        "$235.90";

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (7) (a) "$36.90" and substituting "$38.40";
        and

   (c)  by omitting from sub-section (8) "$73.80" and substituting "$76.80".
