SOCIAL SECURITY AND REPATRIATION (BUDGET MEASURES AND ASSETS TEST) ACT 1984 No. 93, 1984 No. 93 of 1984 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to this section, this Act shall come into operation on the day
on which it receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Division 1 of Part II (other than section 16) shall come into operation on
1 November 1984.

(3) Divisions 2 and 3 of Part II (other than section 18) shall come into
operation on 8 November 1984.

(4) The amendment of sub-section 104 (2) of the Social Security Act 1947 made
by section 16 shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 August 1984.
