SOCIAL SECURITY AND REPATRIATION (BUDGET MEASURES AND ASSETS TEST) ACT 1984 No. 93, 1984 - SECT 14

14. The amendments made by this Division (other than section 16) apply, in so
far as they affect instalments or payments of pension, benefit or allowance
under the Social Security Act 1947, in relation to each instalment or payment
of pension, benefit or allowance that falls due on or after 1 November 1984.
