SOCIAL SECURITY AND REPATRIATION (BUDGET MEASURES) AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 127, 1985 - SECT 59

59. Section 103 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (1) (b)
and substituting the following paragraph:

"(b) the child, being a dependent child, becomes an inmate of an institution
and family allowance becomes payable to that institution in respect of that
child;".
