SOCIAL SECURITY AND REPATRIATION (BUDGET MEASURES) AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 127, 1985 - SECT 19

19. Section 98 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end the
following sub-section:

"(4) This section does not apply in relation to -

   (a)  any matter that affects the payment of a service pension; or

   (b)  the refusal or failure of any person to comply with a provision of
        this Act, if section 98AAA applies in relation to that matter, refusal
        or failure.".
