SOCIAL SECURITY AND REPATRIATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 95, 1985 - SECT 89
Amendment of section 47
89. Section 47 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in sub-section (3)
", or under regulation 42A of the Seamen's War Pensions and Allowances
Regulations in force under the Principal Act," after "Principal Act" (first
occurring).
