SOCIAL SECURITY AND REPATRIATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 95, 1985 - SECT 8

8. Section 10D of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end the
following sub-section:

"(3) Where a payment to an approved organization under this Part has, in
accordance with this section, been made on terms and conditions, the
Secretary, with the agreement of the organization, may, by writing, vary those
terms and conditions and, where there is an agreement under sub-section (2)
with respect to the terms and conditions so varied, that agreement shall be
taken to be varied accordingly.".
