SOCIAL SECURITY AND REPATRIATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 95, 1985 - SECT 39
Compensation payable in respect of injuries resulting in total incapacity
39. Section 45 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-section (5) and
substituting the following sub-section:
"(5) If a child in relation to whom this Act applies is -
(a) a prescribed person in relation to the employee; and
(b) is the only prescribed person who is wholly or mainly dependent upon
the employee, sub-section (4) does not apply in relation to that child.".
