SOCIAL SECURITY AND REPATRIATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 95, 1985 - SECT 109

109. Section 112A of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-paragraphs
(b) (i) and (ii) of the definition of "prescribed period" in sub-section (1)
and substituting the following sub-paragraphs:

"(i) an allowance under section 26, 30A, 65A (including that section as
applied for the purposes of Part IVAAA) or 133JA;

   (ii) a rehabilitation allowance under Part VIII the amount of which was
calculated by reference to an allowance referred to in sub-paragraph

        (i)    ; or

   (iii) an allowance under section 9 of the Tuberculosis Act 1948 the
amount of which was calculated by reference to the amount of rent
paid by the person,".
