SOCIAL SECURITY AND REPATRIATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 95, 1985 - SECT 10
Approval of Hostels
10. Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-section (1)
"is intended to be used permanently by or on behalf of the organization" and
substituting "is not intended to be used other than by or on behalf of a
prescribed organization".
