SOCIAL SECURITY AND REPATRIATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1983 No. 36, 1983 - SECT 11

11. The amendments made by sections 9 and 10 apply, insofar as they affect
instalments of service pension under the Repatriation Act 1920, in relation to
each instalment of service pension that falls due on or after 1 November 1983.
