Transitional provision relating to qualifying residence exemption for widow allowance

13. Part 2.8A of the Principal Act applies as if the amendments to the
Principal Act that are made by section 4 and items 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Schedule 2
to the Social Security (1994 Budget and White Paper) Amendment Act 1994
commenced on 1 July 1994.
