SOCIAL SERVICES AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3) 1976 No. 111, 1976 - SECT 6

Conditions of grant of invalid pension.

6. Section 25 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by adding at the end of paragraph (c) of sub-section (1) the word
        ''or'';

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (d) of sub-section (1) the word ''or''
        (third occurring); and

   (c)  by omitting paragraph (e).
