SOCIAL SERVICES AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3) 1976 No. 111, 1976 - SECT 5

Conditions of grant of age pension.

5. Section 22 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by adding at the end of paragraph (d) the word ''or'';

   (b)  by omitting from sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (e) the word ''or'';
        and

   (c)  by omitting paragraph (f).
