SOCIAL SERVICES AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3) 1976 No. 111, 1976 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to sub-section (2), this Act shall come into operation on the
day on which it receives the Royal Assent.*1*

(2) The amendments of the Principal Act effected by sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 9,
10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 29, 30,
31, 32, 41, 42, 44, 45, 46, 48 and 49 and by paragraphs 7 (a), (d), (e), (f),
(g) and (h) shall come into operation on 25 November 1976.
